I wrote to Nextup about updating the voice. I heard from Rick Ellis, one of 3 founding owners. In part, here is what I was told:
We no longer offer the NeoSpeech voices as NeoSpeech pulled them back consumer market a while back and I'm not sure what they are doing. As a previous buyer from NextUp, if you need to download the version we were selling (I think it was version 2) then here are the links.
I have not included the links, but left the refernece in to show that Nextup is responsive. In my experience, I have always received top notch treatment from Nextup.
